Seamoss Inc. is proud to introduce our new CodeMan® Section IX Standard Edition. This is truly a comprehensive program to manage all of your welding program needs. Our new user-friendly program will manage your PQR, WPS, and Welder Qualifications with strict adherence to ASME Section IX code.

The CodeMan® Section IX Standard Edition Welding software is designed to use Access® database for its primary means of storing information.

CodeMan® Enterprise Edition

Seamoss has released its array of CodeMan® Enterprise welding software modules covering ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, and D9.1. Modules covering AWS D1.5, D15.1, and API 1104 are soon to follow. The software will, in time, be expanded to cover an even wider range of welding codes. Because of the modular design of the CodeMan® Enterprise software, customers can choose from one or more of the available modules to create a program that fits their specific needs. This design also allows customers to easily incorporate additional modules when needed.

We currently have fortune-500 companies using our CodeMan® Enterprise edition which are very pleased with the product.

One of our CodeMan® Enterprise users is tracking over 4750 welders, 4500 welder qualification records, and over 12,500 welder performance qualification test records. Welding procedure specifications, welder information, and welder qualifications are readily accessible from the various sites.

The CodeMan® Enterprise Welding software is made up of four main modules:

Quality Certifications:

Quality certified software is available for nuclear applications.

Our Quality Assurance Program has been developed in accordance
with applicable sections of USNRC 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME
NCA 4000, and ASME NQA-1 (1989 edition, 1992 addenda).

Security & Authorization:

An administration security program allows user names and passwords
to be added, changed, and deleted.

Administrators can assign rights to users directly and/or intrinsically
through membership in a group.

The security program is user/password protected.

Users and passwords are encrypted using the Data Encryption
Standard (DES) algorithm.

Administrators can assign authorization rights to users directly and/or intrinsically
through membership in a group.

User Defined searches (where applicable):

	User defined searches can be developed and optionally saved for re-use using a very powerful, but user friendly, query design tool within the program.
	Queries can be designed by personnel with no SQL knowledge and no knowledge of the database structure.

The CodeMan® Enterprise Welding software is designed to use Oracle® Server Database for its primary means of storing information. Other server databases may be supported in the future.
